Chief Executive Offier

Dr. Marc Dippold has extensive business and educational experience developed across a diverse and successful career as a highly decorated military commander and combat fighter/instructor pilot, Vice President of two Fortune 500 technology companies, National Defense Fellow with the RAND Corporation, and endowed professor at the United States Air Force Academy serving as the Anders Chair of Economics. Based on his own life experiences, he is committed to the power of learning to transform lives and allow dreams to take flight.

Marilyn Dippold is a nationally board certified Nurse Practitioner and owner of Southern Colorado Medicine. She has over 30 years of health care experience, to include serving on the staff of numerous leading-edge hospitals and cardiac/intensive care units throughout the United States and Europe. Her training and education at Georgetown University School of Medicine reinforced her belief in establishing a strong health care partnership between patients and primary care providers, which she perpetuates by providing real-world clinical training to Nurse Practitioner students from Georgetown, Duke, Vanderbilt and the University of Colorado.

Ryan Dippold is a Financial Regulatory Industry Authority (FINRA) certified financial consultant, with extensive investment and financial planning experience, to include shaping and implementing highly effective investment strategies for clients at T. Rowe Price and Fisher Investments. He is a licensed Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and has completed the FINRA Series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative), Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) and Series 7 (General Securities Representative) certifications.
